About Us
“Project Salubrious is a multi-faceted hospitality business based in Burpengary in the Moreton Bay region.
They produce food that’s good for your tastebuds, body and soul. A full-service café offers a modern Australian menu and their delicious speciality cakes and ready-to-heat meals can be ordered online. They also run a catering business and cooking school.
Everything is free from gluten, grains, dairy, soy and refined sugar, but packed with flavour! They use organic and local ingredients where possible: local suppliers include Basilea Living Herbs, Blue Dog Farm, Woggoon Farm, and the Mini Farm Project.
Background
Kurt Lovell is a chef and food educator who’s been delighting crowds across the world for over 25 years. His wealth of experience spans high end restaurants across the globe, a number of local institutions, and countless classes.
As a new father, his concern for his family’s health led him to transition to a paleo diet free from gluten, grains, dairy and refined sugar. The changes he experienced re-ignited his love for food and education.
