“Bask & Co. is a producer of gluten free foods, based at Ferny Hills in the Moreton Bay region.
They make delicious gluten free granola clusters that taste like cookies, granola bars that are perfect for when you are out and about, and a brand-new porridge.
Their granola clusters are unlike anything else on the market. They are plant-based and free from refined sugar.
Each small batch is crafted by hand and made with 100% natural ingredients, so you receive the highest quality product.
Background
Janessa launched the brand in 2016, after going gluten-free due to health reasons. She was a recipe developer on Instagram at the time and created a delicious granola recipe that all her family and friends fell in love with. This became Bask & Co.’s first product: the Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters.
Bask & Co. can now be found in stores and on the menu of cafes all down the east coast of Australia.
