About Us
“Little Ridge Distillery is a Moreton Bay producer established in Narangba in 2022.
They currently produce gin and vodka – their bourbon-inspired whisky is two years away.
Their products include Citrus Gin, which has a refreshing zesty burst, packed with fresh orange, lemon & lime; On The Ridge Dry Gin, which is their take on a London Dry with lemon myrtle, ginger, and a floral finish; Aged Vodka, which has been aged in activated carbon, leaving a smooth, pure vodka; and Double Apple Pine Vodka, a sweet liqueur-style vodka, made with fresh apple and pineapples.
Background
Distilling bourbon-inspired whisky and gin has been an interest of Trent and Monica for years. They’ve been on an amazing journey to finally bring to life their passion for all things distilling.
When creating their gin, they drew inspiration from the local area with its many beautiful botanicals and fresh produce.
Trent and Monica are in the process of putting together an amazing cellar door to enable tours of the distillery. Meanwhile, you can find them at local markets, events, and festivals.

The distillery is located at the highest point for kilometres around, on a little ridge.
