About Us
Blue Dog Farm, high on Mt Mee in the Moreton Bay hinterland, is the home of ‘Really Fancy Salad’, a beautiful blend of organic and seasonal salad leaves, microgreens and and occasional wild herb highlighted by edible petals.
Grower Jacki Hinchey shares Really Fancy Salad with several local, coastal and city restaurants, and also with the community through weekly Reko markets at Dayboro, Samford, North Lakes and Bardon.
